This ceramic-packaged infrared detector features core advantages of ultra-lightweight (≤5.5g) and compact size (22×22×4.68mm³, excluding pin dimensions). It offers two optional pixel arrays (384×288/640×512 ) to adapt to long-wave infrared (LWIR) scenarios with different precision requirements, such as portable infrared thermometers (meeting the lightweight needs of handheld devices), small security monitoring equipment (low power consumption for 24/7 operation), and small industrial detection terminals (high-precision capture of abnormal heat signals from equipment).
