


Non-cooled infrared detector
Uncooled infrared focal plane array detector is suitable for long wavelength(8~14um) infrared imaging. The array format is 640*512(exclude dummy pixels), the pixel size is 12*12, the heat response time is less than 10ms and the frame frequency can reach 60HZ. Under the condition of F#1.0, the typical NETD is less than 40mk, typical response rate is 100~150cnts/K. can operate normally under the temperature of -40℃~+85℃ and the typical power consumption is less than 170mw at room temperature. The sensitivity and power consumption of detector will change a little when temperature changes. Temperature sensor is integrated in the chip but there is no TEC temperature control module inside. Non-uniformity correction function(OOC) is integrated in the chip. The correction data can be written in the chip through 6bits Non-uniformity correction data channel in real time to decrease the non-uniformity of output. In addition, can set the specific function such as integration time, integration capacitor, output sequence, output gain selection and so on through the peripheral interface(Smart Data) .
